PULTRUDED GRATING
ACCESSAFE high strength pultruded bar grating can be used like traditional metal grates or fiberglass molded grating but offers the inherent benefits of pultrusion. It is an ideal replacement for steel, aluminum, or molded fiberglass gratings anywhere frequent grating and walkway replacement costs are unacceptable.

I-Series Grating
ACCESSAFE pultruded I-series grating is designed for the industrial applications that require strength and corrosion resistance. With a high content of fiberglass with laminate, industrial grating provides durability, extremely high unidirectional strength and stiffness for wide support spans are required. I-series grating comes in 25mm, 32mm, and 38mm thick in a bar configuration with 40%, 50% and 60% opening for most applications.
ACCESSAFE SI-series is used widely in cooling tower and walkways due to its large open area. The bond cross bars are suited for use in low pedestrian traffic area. 73% and 83 open allow for excellent air flow
T-Series Grating
ACCESSAFE pultruded T-series grating is specifically designed for pedestrian foot traffic. T-series grating with wide T bar is available in 25mm, 38mm and 50mm thick in several configurations and panel sizes. They have widely used for access areas and walkway. The 38mm pedestrian pultruded grating is approximately three times stiffer than the 25mm thick version and is used for applications where wider span up to 1800mm or lower deflection criteria are required.
HLC-Series Grating
ACCESSAFE HLC-series (high load capacity) grating is engineered for forklift and tractor trailer loads (up to standard truck, formerly H20) or high loads and very long spans which traditional fiberglass pultruded grating is not able to support. The highly engineered product is often used to replace steel gratings where the spans are typically greater.
