Such as pultrusion, resin transfer molding compound (RTM), sheet molding compound, polypropylene glass fiber thermoplastic stamping sheet (GMT), etc. At the same time, three-dimensional reinforcement, composite molding process, composite recycling technology and damage repair technology are also gradually improved with the continuous development of composite technology.

As a new type of environment-friendly composite plate, fiberglass grille is widely used in urban greening, sewage treatment, and chemical production. Due to different industries, the name of fiberglass grille is also different. The following is mainly about the application classification of fiberglass grille:

1. Tree comb

The tree grates are also often called tree protection boards, which are widely used in urban greening. At the beginning, the tree grates are mainly made of metal plates. Later, from the perspective of environmental protection and security, they are gradually replaced by glass fiber reinforced plastic plates.

2. Trench cover

It is widely used in industrial production, such as chemical plants, sewage treatment plants, etc. Generally, the trench contains a large amount of corrosive gas. Traditional metal plates cannot meet the demand, and the bearing capacity of wooden plates is limited, so it gradually becomes the synonym of fiberglass grating.

3. Cable trench cover

Its main function is to protect the cable in the cable trench from being damaged and prevent the cable leakage caused by accidents. The glass fiber reinforced plastic grille has relatively good high-temperature resistance and non-conductivity. It replaces the traditional metal cover plate and concrete cover plate.

4. GRP grating in car wash

In recent years, the use of glass fiber reinforced plastic grille in the car wash is the mainstream trend. FRP grating has many advantages, such as high strength, acid and alkali resistance, convenient installation, bright color, etc.
